I love how attentive Quan is to Rissa and to Shine!! Hope you feel better Rissa. I would suggest a caffeine free herbal tea (safe for baby) lemon ginger tea, lemons, and use honey instead of sugar. Sometimes I put the cough drops in my tea and let it dissolve . Lots of vitamin C…..and vitamin D to build her immune back up. Get some oranges.

Her nasal passage is swollen which is why it's hard for her to breathe & get the mucus out. Humidifiers work wonders. Sending healing vibes to you guys. This sickness needs to go away for good! Also don't forget to take your vitamins (elderberry, zinc) bc those help too.

I just gave birth on 12/6/22 and I felt like I was constantly sick as the seasons changed during my pregnancy.. and if I wasn't sick then my son (age 4) was sick from things floating around his preschool. My doctor recommended ginger chews, orange or pineapple juice, soups/broths, tea, extra doses of vitamins a,d, c and zinc; along with an air purifier to help cycle out some germs. Hey Riss and Quan!! I love how you both take care of each other. When I was sick I got the same nose thing and it helped aswell! Just don’t have Rissa hold her breath but keep her mouth open. It will all drain into the bottom part of the machine so she doesn’t have to spit it out!! I hope for a speedy recovery!!!
I was just about to tell you about the Vick or pepper mint in the hot with towel over the head,also the sea water spray in the nose from the PHARMACY. Try to get air purifier machines in the house clean the air and try to wear masks to protect each especially the baby from that germs that's going around. Wow! Quan is really husband of the year! You should try a neti pot!! I used it while pregnant. It works similar to what you used, but you do one nostril at a time. It will 100% give you relief every time! Hope you feel better! I know being stuffed up sucks, especially when you're pregnant. You already feel like you can't breathe with your baby on you.
