@fastest1321 Not difficult? Than you don't know much about flipping. To do the flip as often as he does without being injured requires a lot of practice as well a really good sense of where you are in the air. Your form has to be perfect for you to land in such a way that you aren't injured. Try doing this back layout suicide for YEARS on the hard floor and see if you aren't injured.
