Midnight speed run with the Rlaarlo AK-917 fitted with a TP 4040CM 3770kv motor running a single 4s GENs ACE 8000mah battery. I'm just a newb trying to climb the MPH ladder!
Build:
-TP Power 4040CM 3770kv motor
-Castle Creations XLX2 esc
-Gens Ace 8000mah battery
-AGFRC 35kg servo
-BSR foam tires
-Ironman RC mod-1 and Saga gears
-Radiolink RC6GS v3 radio and R7FG receiver
-Self-made custom carbon fiber chassis, rear wings, front splitter and servo mount.

Really nice stretch of road you have there.. nice clean pass and killer looking body! It's crazy to think that car was moving at 189 feet per second 🤯

Nice pass ,the night vid and your rc is cool af.Ithink i need those bsr foams on my 1/10 scale,i had Contact foams that turned me off using foams because they would chuck off pieces and cause the car to be uncontrollable.

@micron3268 i hope you dont mind sharing more info on the bsr foam specs.what is the shore number ,size of front and rear etc.?

@@rct-i9896 Not at all partner, the brand and part# is BSR F-3230-D and they are 70mm in diameter, 32mm wide and 30 shore. They fit without any modification. They have held up very well for me up to just under 150mph! They also make some with a diameter of 65mm that should hold up to more mph if you need. 👍
