Yeah, Thanks for asking!👊 I was out of town for a bit and just haven't been able to get out and make runs the last three weeks! 😞 Now I'm able and ready too but its rain for the next three days!😭 lol
How far did you put droop screws in and how did you measure when lowering it? Also did you use stock radio and gyro in receiver for speed runs at all? Would a hobbywing wp 120a 4s non sensor esc work ok for 4s on stock 3650 motor? Did you move shock positions at all or adjust?
Hey bud! So I have a tire issue. I bought a 4s certified racing tire but even at 60 percent it spins to fact and the tire gets to thin, but I been using a 6s now at 50percent on the dial and anything over 45mph the wheels turn into paper lol.
Wow, what an incredible video! A lot of people don’t know how to properly upgrade their RC cars, so your tutorial on the dual motor Rlaarlo AK-917 is absolutely invaluable. That crazy 6s pass was mind-blowing!
Nice pass ,the night vid and your rc is cool af.Ithink i need those bsr foams on my 1/10 scale,i had Contact foams that turned me off using foams because they would chuck off pieces and cause the car to be uncontrollable.
@@rct-i9896 Not at all partner, the brand and part# is BSR F-3230-D and they are 70mm in diameter, 32mm wide and 30 shore. They fit without any modification. They have held up very well for me up to just under 150mph! They also make some with a diameter of 65mm that should hold up to more mph if you need. 👍
I have a dual motor ak787 , and there is a yellow wire coming out of the main esc’s wires. This wire goes off into a small plug on each esc. From the videos I have seen they leave those two wires unplugged. Do you just leave those unplugged? Thanks your friend Scott 🏁🏁🏁
Sorry but I have never owned any Rlaarlo ESCs or electronics so I can't help you with that! Maybe ask on Rlaarlos Facebook page. Thanks for stopping in and taking a look!
@micron3268 I am running stocks tires. But I was using a 27t pinion and really didn't like the results. I put in a 6500kv motor with a 20t pinion and Jesus christ this thing is a wild wild beast. And after four batteries of a 2,200 Mah 120 C I decided to finally try the 4S even though it wasn't recommended even though everyone said you shouldn't do it. I was checking my temps the whole time and nothing still got hot so from when I believe I think the reason people are overheating is cuz they're using way too large of a pinion.
I have the 130amp spektrum esc in it with the spektrum 3200kv 3660 motor with a 35t pinion gear, I haven't touched anything on the truck except installing the electronics and tires and lowering the suspension! A 120amp esc should work great for you, good luck man👍
@@maxs6231 I have never seen or used a Rlaarlo controller. This was the carbon roller so I'm using a Radiolink Rc4gs V3 controller and I do recommend Radiolink Rc4gs V3 or Rc6gs V3 for a low cost but very good controller if you end up needing something new!
