Best of luck moving ahead sweets. You are doing awesome, dont get all wrapped up in the numbers. A loss is a loss and you are doing so great!

well thats better than my loss this week which is a big fat 0. What is your current calorie intake?

Hello! I am thanking my lucky stars that at least my weight does keep going down. Last week I was around 800 cals & while I'm camping I've been trying to get in around 1000 every day... will see what the scale says when I get home & weigh on Saturday AM!
