Would you recommend tuning the vehicle after this install?

You don't have to. However, if you do have a tune already, make sure you tell your tuner so he can adjust. Generally, you won't need a tune with just the exhaust, but Subaru engines are always sensitive like that. A tune would maximize potential, however.
