You joke about snow but I went from Northern Illinois to Bristol for NASCAR one year thinking it would be nice to go somewhere warmer and it was the only snow delay I know of in NASCAR during the Busch race that year. Was a straight blizzard for a bit. Couldn't see turn 3 from turn 1. I'll never forget seeing snowballs thrown from the stands into the pits and back.
