Step 1: watch Cyx videos at work Step 2: decide to play hog when I get home Step 3: get home & log into ranked overwatch Step 4: hindered, anti’d, rocked, slept, punched, fluxed, graved, shield bashed, kicked, discorded, booped, javelined, pinned, slowed, slammed, trapped, mined, whiplashed Step 5: log off and then repeat tomorrow
Better than overwatch 1. More characters could stun you out of healing, or your ultimate. Plus double shield was annoying to play against. Overwatch 2, you just get booped around. Which is less annoying.
It takes longer to secure a kill in ow2 than it took in goats and double shield. I'd take goats meta over rock paper scissors meta any day.@@jaylenjames364
On the "Manga vs Anime" convo, while the anime can do some scenes more immersively due to the inclusion of music, voice acting, and the very motion which distinguishes anime from manga... When it comes to the quality of art, especially in impactful scenes, the manga usually just eats. Free. First of all, some changes in visual style tend to occur on the transition between manga and anime as the standard, be it for production purposes (cost, time, intensity of labor), or simply to have the style fit the animated medium better (perspectives/character sizes/designs, etc), especially when you've got a weekly show with a still running manga, and themanga isn't too far ahead. This also invites filler, some of which can become absolutely iconic (screams/power up sequences in dragon ball being the prime example), and others reviled (filler naruto chapters come to mind). Second, the "economy of action" between manga and anime mean that you have to take that 100% art level and distribute it over literal thousands to hundreds of thousands of frames, whereas in manga that is less of an issue, and you have to instead figure out how to convey the most meaning in the limited span of a few dozen pages. And honestly, some art styles in manga just absolutely *_fuck_* in a way that I don't believe an animated studio will ever fully do justice to. Berserk and Vagabond are two examples, the curretly rinning Solo Leveling anime being another. Heck, even shows that initially show amazing art close to, if never quite at the level of the manga like One Punch Man, Attack on Titan and Seven Deadly Sins tend to suffer visual downgrades over time. My honest recommendation would be to consume both, but manga first so as to get that first hand impact of the unfolding situation, with the often times gorgeous art and paneling, and then consume the anime, where the emotional load is increased/supplemented by all other elements I already mentioned. Also, if you're not usually a comic reader but have a general understanding of marvel through cultural osmosis, I'd heavily recommend you to read the "Planet Hulk" and "World War Hulk" series. There'll be some characters you might have to look up later, but this won't really detract from the flow of the story. And both of those arcs are absolutely amazing, both plot and art-wise.
I like chernobyl a bit more. TD is great though. I like the king in yellow lore, but having know about the king in yellow before, I thought it would lean into the cosmic horror aspect more than it did.
Okay bro at this point at just want to tell you something. Thanks a lot for your videos and content. Getting back home is not. anightmare anymore cause I know your video is wating for me to watch! I take so much pleasure from watching you hooking innocent Mercys or Moiras
Reading JJK sucks, it reads like they expected it to be animated. Zom 100 on the other hand is great either way, it's some of the most terrible circumstances through the lense of someone who just wants to live life his way.
The morning show, see, silo, Ted lasso, foundation, severance, defending Jacob are cool on Apple TV. Drops of god is my favorite show of last year but I’m a bit biased since I’m French. The rest of Apple TV is pretty boring tho
I wish I could recommend Hazbin Hotel.. unfortunately Vivziepop writers have no sense of pace or subtlety when it comes to dialogue, and the animation struggles to keep up
Whoever said JJK currently has the worst fandom, you right. But _only_ because MHA is not going rn. Be afraid of the MHA community. Zom 100 is pretty good, but it's more of a laid-back "gotta survive to have fun before we inevitably croak" type thing, while referencing several other zombie medias. I recommend it.
goober was really talking about comics needing to be gory for hime to like yet he named two of the most tame adult comics around. the dude who did the boys also has one called crossed. shits wild
Its maanga not mainga. You should watch Stiens Gate its about time travel. Hazbin hotel is ok like could've done better with the pacing but that just cause it was 8 episodes.
