This is my roast chicken recipe for the charcoal Weber Kettle.
I'm not sure if I'm the only one who's noticed this, but it seems like there are a lot of chicken videos on RU-vid. It's probably because people are always looking for new ways to cook, or they're trying to find something that tastes good. But what if you already know how to make roasted chicken?
The perfect roast is in my opinion when the skin becomes crispy and charred in some places, while still keeping the meat moist. You can achieve this by starting with a dry bird and making sure your charcoal grill has been hot enough before adding the meat.

2 tbsp of salt flakes
2 tbsp of lemon pepper
1 tbsp of dried rosemary
1 tbsp of dried oregano
1 tbsp of garlic powder
1 tbsp of onion powder
1 tbsp of smoked paprika
