The sweetness of these tubers goes perfectly with the slightly intense flavor of the rabbit. If you don't like the wild scent, I'll explain here how to get rid of it quickly and easily. The secret? It is undoubtedly the marinade. Herb leaves, wine, garlic and juniper berries are essential. This step is essential, in my opinion, because it makes the meat very fragrant and also very tender.
