Roasting Chx Thighs on the Coals Left Over from Poblanos. 

Had to roast poblano peppers for a puree. Coals were still hot....so I used them for bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs.
Came out nice.
Fire pit was dug and lined by my daughter.
