Coolie's used in India but not as a slur. There are railway station workers that carry your luggage to your train seat and they are commonly called that. Didn't know it originated as a slur from the Colonizer Brits. TIL.

My point is that the economy has risen and there is new infrastructure every day, even in the pandemic. the country isn't the same 20 years ago. So the toilet problem is declining, and it will be reduced significantly.
