Reverse grip D-Grip Push Down: 4 x 15-10 reps
Single Arm Decline Overhead Dumbbell Extensions: 3 x 12-10 reps
Dips: 3 x to failure
Dumbbell Kickbacks*: 3 x 15-10
Bench Dips*: 3 x to failure
