I really really hate to say this, but at 7:21, instead of 41, that one RU-vidr will certainly call it "Zer000". Anyway, you did the chest version of dip, sir, not the tricep one.

You should do a video, showing a full body workout, with just a set of dumbells. This would be great for people who do not have a gym anywhere near where they live, and can then do a workout with you at home with a 15min session.

@ZNI492
@ZNI492 8 лет назад
Ehhh I wouldnt consider those dips eligible for competition. A real competition dip would be down to atleast 90 degrees and the lock out elbows.
@lillonerboi504
@lillonerboi504 8 лет назад
There's a competitive dipping federation? Do you mean crossfit?
@ZNI492
@ZNI492 8 лет назад
+Cameron Petet Usually you have to go through the full ROM in a competition. For example a chin ups: you have to go all the way down and then come up with your chin over the bar. Squats: all the way down to 90 degress and then lock out at the top.
@lillonerboi504

@ZNI492

+Cameron Petet Not necessarily. Look up "bodybuildingrev" here on youtube. They do competitions between different sports and they always go through the entire ROM

Hey rob!! How do you stay lean year round! You eat 100% clean or do you do alot of cardio sessions?
@spacemonkey7461
@spacemonkey7461 8 лет назад
he is 100% comitted to this. He gets PAID to look this way. So yes, he eats clean 90% of the time and he trains most likely everyday and 2 times a day. Also, he takes a little bit of gear, but gear doesn't make you look this way, hard work does. ONLY hardwork.

how many parts of the body can I exercise in a single workout
@taimaishu99
@taimaishu99 8 лет назад
+Antonio Gomez depends on you, theres a lot of factors to consider like how long you've been working out, what your goals are, how does your body react, how is your nutrition, time you have and a whole lot else that I'm sure I'd forget but skipping to the point: do what you can. adjust in the first few weeks, if you feel you can do more then you can do more, if you feel you did too much then maybe you did. as a general rule of thumb though I suggest you don't workout big muscle groups with big muscle groups. for example: legs, back, and pecs should be separate days. [you can do what works for you, but if you're *splitting* things it wouldn't make sense to do legs, back, pecs one day; then do bis, tris, delts on another day. the amount of nutrition/work your body would need to do to recover on that first day is just so much more than the next day] also when you do lifts, get the bigger lifts out of the way first, such as rows/pullups (back) before bicep curls, for bigger lifts your smaller muscles will most likely give up on you before the bigger ones. if you burn out the smaller ones first then you wont get to really workout the bigger muscles whereas the other way around the smaller muscle groups will get a workout either way [again you can do what you like, maybe you're an elite bodybuilder with perfect everything, and need some specific sculpting]

+Johannes Dahlquist to a certain extent. checkout something like bodybuilding (dot com) on One Rep Maxes (1RM) for hypertrophy. you can lift a 1lb weight over your head 100 times, or a 20lb weight over your head 5 times. they're not the same thing, you most likely won't feel the 1lb weight really, and if you don't feel it then its probably not good. essentially the word "light" is relative to people. 20lb might be light to someone who curls 80lb, but heavy to someone who curls 15lb normally. you should never exactly be lifting "light" for yourself to get bigger muscles. 1RMs (aka 100% weight at 1 rep) help figure out what you *should* (approximately) be lifting/be able to handle. 1RMs let you know your full 100% max, therefore to get bigger muscles "light" for you might be something like 60% of that at more reps like 8. if you can do more maybe "light" for you is 70% or 80%, or if you can't do the reps maybe cut back to 50%. for bigger muscles though you should not be cutting back to 40% and doing more reps [in general] there is a cap for the number of reps to where your body does not really feel the time under tension and with that does not feel the stress needed to adapt and grow

Not gonna lie even tho I'm a huge fan of rob I do think he in on gear and I think he should admit it. there's no way a small guy like him gain gain that kind of mass and stay that big and ripped all the time. it may not be alot but that's the unfortunate truth of the fitness industry if you wanna stay competitive you gotta take something.. sorry man but you should just admit it and if you are not then take monthly/ biweekly tests and make them public for 12 months and let's see if you keep the size. anyways keep up the good content and no beef from me that's just my opinion.
