He uploaded a vid 2 weeks ago. You should see it. You the mark ?? He said that he stalked them because HE was a mark for The Hart Foundation. "Can I have you autograph Bret?" "NO YOU'RE A BULLDOGs FAN!" "No i'm not. Honest." Explains this vid as well. Worth the watch.

RVD is a terrific worker, entertainer, and personality. I don't know why he's isn't revered as much as he should be. He was single handedly the best performer in the old ECW days and often times made his opponents look even better than they were...example, Jerry Lynn...and I've always liked the fact that RVD's in ring character is often a short extension of his real life persona. His matches with Jeff Hardy in the early 2000 era were amazing..SummerSlam comes to mind in the ladder match.

I feel the Wembley event was still highly memorable. After all, it is still the highest attendance for a WWF event (seeing as WM3s real attendance was only 78,000) and was a spectacle previously unseen outside of the US & Canada or Japan. The era in which the event took place was dead, but that particular event was something special in terms of atmosphere.

I was working in UCW all throughout New England. Good times. My ring name was the one you see here, Romeo Kid. Funny thing is when I first met Scotty, he was a Shawn Michaels knock off. Wanted to be one of The Rockers. LOL...........but just a great guy all around. I only worked with RVD once.....AGES ago. Worked with Tony Atlas as well because he was, and still is, if I am not mistaken, living in Portland, Maine. He was a bit off, but nice enough. Nice to share some memories with you. Peace.

The WWFs given attendance for the event was 92,000+ fans. However, the true attendance was actually somewhere around the 77-78,000 mark. Naturally, the WWF exaggerated the attendance figures a little to enhance spectacle of WM3. Summerslam 92 is still the WWF/Es biggest PPV of all time. I do agree with some of your comments though. Especially those about Randy Savage. And the Monday Night War + ECW was by far the greatest era in wrestling history. Probably at least for another 50 years

Their comments about the cameras apply to wrestling. That's the reason it seems less real than in the old days. In the old days, most often, everything happened in the studio where cameras were set up. Now cameras are in the back, in the dressing rooms, catching stuff going on back there while the wrestlers don't seem to notice there's a camera present.

@XTRAAKILLA I'll agree with you on that remark. Morrison started out really weak but the guy is turning into a really good wrestler. I am liking him more and more with every match he wrestles in. If he stays with it, he's going to be amazing. He's still learning, but he learns faster than most and you're right, I like the guy. He needs to work on his interviews though, but even there, hes doing better than a lot of the other guys.

I was feeling the same way. I was a pro wrestler on the independent circuit for 10 years. I had the pleasure of working with people like RVD (awesome in the ring), Scotty 2 Hotty (very under rated) and some dude who at the time was going by the name of Tarra Ryzing, now of course, known as HHH. I grew up with HHH in Nashua, New Hampshire. Straight shooter and a hell of a guy. Met Nash once. What a loser!!!! LOL
@DarktoothH
@DarktoothH 12 лет назад
Scotty is way underrated. So what was your Ring Name for your indy fed? You must've been high on the list to work with those guys. I know in my fed there was a thing on how well you did in the ring, which would allow you to work with the bigger names in the biz. Bundy, Steamboat and Atlas came down to SAW to work for us. Bundy was pretty cool. Scary though as he could've probably devoured me in seconds.
