@@ESNEWSTruth be told, things were fine until in the build up to Pacquiao-Rios, there was a dispute about the training times for each time and Roach came in and in the heat of an argument, got racial, said things about Mexicans, made some off handed and disgusting comments about Jews, in particular Elli and had the nerve to be angry when Alex Ariza kicked him in the chest and Donald had to be restrained when he racially insulted both of them (if you can threaten a guy and square up, Parkinson's can't be a deterrent from an ass kicking, fair is fair). Even as mellow as Robert Garcia is, that fight become personal. As for Pacquaio, when he found out he was apologetic and showed he was a stand up guy. Never looked at Roach the same way since then. So If Elli's that way, I can understand it. I'm a boxing fan through and through but that was one of the few times I really wanted Pacquaio to lose for no other reason than to get at Roach. Roach has done some great work but that despicable show of racism just tarnished his whole reputation for me.
