Paul showed a lot of courage in this fight. He has become a great inspirational musician with an amazing band. Go see him if he comes your way, you will not be disappointed. I saw him for the first time a few weeks ago and it was the best concert I'd seen in 20 years.

Dana Bause It was a great show, the whole band was there and they did all acoustic this time. It was at the House of Blues here in Houston, a couple of weeks later Robin Trower was there, that was a great show also.
Robin Trower, lol, didnt expect to hear that name ! I listen to my brothers albums from time to time....he had one Trower album. I like all kinds of music myself....even big band music, which I heard growing up . You know the folks were in a good mood if they were dancing to the big bands.lol Most of the music these days is garbage. Ever notice the eygyptian themed music videos or like the superbowl halftime shows....its all satanic symbolism. Real crap! If you havent noticed it...watch next time you see one.
Dana Bause --Trower is 70 years old!!! You should listen to his new cd, he's as good as ever, he has a new singer who's almost good as James Dewar, I was pretty bummed when Dewar died but Trower always has the best singers.
Man, Paul, my wife turned me on to your music. I LOVE it! Had no idea you were a boxer till I listened to your "Best of" album tonight. So, of course, I HAD to find this video. paul was a damn good fighter.. I was a sparring partner for him in preparation for this fight.. duran was still one of the top 10 fighters in this weight class and paul gave him all he wanted...pauls power was incredible
Paul Thorn was fighting Mr.Duran when he was working his way out of being overweight. Thorn didn't give anybody all he wanted or was he incredible. You have to be kidding.
Glad Paul lost because I love his songs. He did put up a fight. I am proud to have met this man. He is as down to earth as a person can be. It's was a great day for him to whoop somebody's ass🤣😂

+Roy Alderman I met him a couple of week ago after his concert at Skippers Smokehouse in Tampa. He was the nicest guy, very approachable and polite. Always had time to answer questions and pose for photos. You are correct. I bet he could throw down at the drop of a hat if need be. I have a cover of "If I can get over her" on here as well. It's a brutal sport, Duran at any age is daunting. Paul had the tools, he needed time. The disparity in rounds is a huge factor, he was close. Duran knew Paul could put him on queer street.
