Everyone is speaking about Work At A Pizza Place, Natural Disaster Survival amd Flood Escape should have been in the event but no one is speaking about Speed Run 4.

Hey, don't call it the worst. You gonna make Roblox think The Hunt is better.

Fact: The tix in the event weren’t completely useless, you had to use tix to buy the drink coin and the rocket launcher which were used for quests that both give you one coin.

I didn’t play Roblox until sometime like 2014 or 2015, but this is actually insulting. They didn’t include a single classic Game. EDIT: If there’s one that I like, it’s that they made 1x1x1x1 the main antagonist.

I personally liked this event more than the hunt. I liked the items more than the hunt, cause they were classic looking items. 4:30 The obby in Dress to Impress easy and I’m a mobile player. I more time in the hub than any other game. I did the bare minimum to get all the items. The hub was awesome and Arsenal was cool. I liked Livetopia only because it wasn’t hard. I luckily got the dev slice and the star creator pie.

Here are some of my thoughts on the event. (a yap session) Your first point that you brought up is the music not being classic in the hub. I do agree that the music is not very classic, but they have some absolute BANGERS in there. They used the Break In music, they used "A Great Strategy", and honestly I think the music fit perfectly for most of the locations. While I do agree that the game selection could've been LOADS better, I don't think people really would've cared about the un-classic games as much if the quests were ACTUALLY GOOD. Let me explain what I mean. For the first time ever, some people actually had hope for Toilet Tower Defense being good, because of the leaks. Didn't ever think that would happen. Another example, Blade Ball. Blade Ball actually could've been good if they used the boss fight in a cooler way, instead of lazily adding a literal battle pass. My final example, A Dusty Trip. ADT is probably the newest game in the event, but is one of the best in the event. I've watched dozens of videos on the event, and ADT seems to be one of the favorites. To me, it really didn't matter if the games were classic or not, what really mattered is if they actually put effort into their quests. To say Twin Atlas should NEVER do another Roblox event ever again is just unfair to say. They made the hub, which I think everyone can agree is the best part about the event. Obviously their team is very talented. If a few people on their team do something sh1tty, why should their entire studio pay for it? Just fire the few people who ran the scam, and continue creating. Those were a few of my thoughts on the event.

I agree the Classic had its own big problems... But there is no way you can actually say the classic was worse than The -Hunt- Hellhole

if they would've asked og roblox games to be apart of it, they would've actually made some really cool stuff for the event, but ofc they gotta use the gen alpha games.

I hate that everyone says "oh its all modern games why is there no old games" the lore is literally 1x1x1x1 corrupted MODERN roblox games with CLASSIC assets. (or i could just be misinformed)

I do like to note that TDS devs, weren't that lazy, they've had done lots of updates before the Classic Event even dropped.

Me personally, I found the event pretty good! The items were cool, games like A Dusty Trip and TDS did pretty well at the event and some other games (like Dress To Impress) were effortless but sort of fun and slightly challenging. Bee Swarm was quite fun (but i have played bee swarm a while in the past) so it was difficult My only gripe was the shit that was Restaraunt tycoon and Adopt me being grindy asf

I think this event was somewhat decent, because you didn’t need to play all the games to unlock all the items. I had some progress on many games on the event (not TTD of course), so I was able to get some enjoyment out of it

bruhh I remember when the event was first announced, everyone got so hyped. but when it actually started, it turned out to be the most underwhelming event ever 😭😭😭

my opinions on this vid: 1. this was not the WORST event on roblox. miles better than the hunt. 2. the bad thing isnt the games not being classic. a dusty trip is the newest game of the bunch and it was also the best. the actual bad part was that a few of the games just didn't care about the game being fun or even fitting the theme, they just cared about that GREEN 🤑🗣🔥 (also bee swarm is technically classic. it was published in 2015 im pretty sure) 3. old roblox used to have techno music. 4. cmon man who wouldnt want mom's dog 5. dress to impress' obby was actually good. some people criticise it just because of how dress to impress looks, sometimed ppl dont even play it and trash, but the obby is good. 6. gunfight arena had something to do with old roblox. it had classic roblox maps and weapons that u even showed in the vid. 7. livetopia was actually garbage, nothing to argue with there. 8. the 1x1x1x1 bossfight was basic because stuff in the old roblox was actually basic just like that. the no reward thing kinda mid tho so i rate your opinions a strong 6 to a light 7.

I find it funny that since speedrun 4 didn’t get chosen for the classic they just made their own event around donuts

The ting is that 1x1x1x1 taked modern games and maked them traveled in time so roblox glitches or smh this lore

The whole idea behind this event was that 1x1x1x1 “hacked” many popular modern games and mixed the timelines of roblox from back then. This is why we see games like toilet tower defence which still does not deserve to be in the event lol, probably the best games in the event were arsenal, gunfight arena and road trip. They include actual new mechanics other than just adding a classic map from the toolbox. (e.g in gunfight arena they actually made custom maps or arsenal for making a huge huge custom classic map and a decent story)

Man that event sucked. They could have made the GUI and homepage classic too, but the event wasn’t classic at all in most of the games. It was the worst

Why do people build these high expectations for events, then hate when roblox doesn't meet those standards. It was close to a good event, and it was by far the best event in recent years. The hub was the best part of the event, and if roblox had been strict with the games in the event, it would've been the best event we have had.

Gunfight Arena is just garbage, especially with controller because you literally get free lock on, there are 50 million other fps games in roblox so giving it a chance to be in the classic is so stupid 💀💀💀

I love how in protest of this event and the hunt, some Roblox games have made the event “the Donut”, the only game I have seen with this though is speed run 4, a vr game and a spray paint copy.

There's something trurly... odd about one fact. Most of the event revolved around Tix. Something that a majority of current Roblox playerbase had never experienced. Yes, these were an integral element of "classic" Roblox. You had to play before 2016 to actually experience the currency. And most of the players that I found in the hub, were shown to have joined around 2020-2024. Hell, the oldest account I have found (not including mine, of course) was from 2019. That's still long after Tix was removed from the game.

Do yall want old Roblox games like sword fights and baseplates for the event or games where you actually do stuff and that can be bad or good?

I warned some dude in the game, and he said at least you got one. That's basically giving something to someone without giving them the sincerity.

Nobody should hate this event, but nobody should really like it much either. It was way better then the hunt but it was mostly carried by the hub and the prizes. That’s terrible when you consider how this was a dev hunt.

Honestly, i was so happy when i first entered the hub… then i saw the games :/

How are the games Crossroads, SFOTH, Rocket Arena, all of the games Roblox has made themselves not there? HOW?

honestly compared to the hunt and prior ad events we got in 2022 & 2023 I’d say this event regins supreme over them

Ah yes, I sure do remember Toilet Defense being a thing in 2014. You didn't even need to know about Roblox to know about it.

The main problem with this event outside of the lack of classic games, was the fact that (most) developers made unreasonably grindy games even though this event should be viewed as a way to get newer players in their game.

lots of other admins made it so you have to follow them to join their games, but not too the point where they scam people to get followers

bee swarm simulator actually has a classic game included, which is a reference to revenge of the slimes, a very old game

Dress to impress just seems like a high quality version of those runway games from earlier time, why do people complain so much about it

tix was useful for 3 quests that gave you a free token (rocket the rocket, dodgeball master and thirst quenchers)

The thing with that gun game whose name vanished in my mind, is that NOT ONLY do you need to find the tix, but you ALSO NEED TO GET 25-100 KILLS WITH 5-9 DIFFERENT WEAPONS MOSTLY PRETTY HARD TO ACTUALLY AIM AND CONFUSING (looking at u slingshot that doesnt even shoot where u aim) AND ITS TOO TIME CONSUMING I mean, atleast it wasnt boring, BUT ISNT GETTING THE TIX ALREADY ENOUGH???????

As someone who completed the entirety of the hunt and played all games on the classic(did not complete all the classic all tho i did a mix of them) the hunt is much more better. They gave more time and there was under 10 games which were afk simulator and comparing it to the classic a ~5:100 ratio(the hunt) to a `1:15 ratio(the classic) the hunt is better

My blade ball game bugged and it didn't count a tix after I spent robux to get past a glitched daily spin

i think the biggest crime is not even putting actual classic games in the event i know i joined in 2017 but i still love how classic roblox looks and its just an insult to it

I only played the TDS one because I got a Guest Scout skin with unique animations and a Classic nametag. After that I went dormant.

It wouldve been cool if roblox updated the game to be what is once was years ago

Honestly the devs for the game probably just searched up classic Roblox snapshots and looked at the classic hub for a bit and said yeah this will surely give them a nostalgia rush meanwhile livetopia devs were like WAIT ROBLOX WAS CREATED IN 2006!?

The only thing that was moderately good in this event is the accessories that you get for them tokens. I've played this event just to get the hats.

Roblox tried to be philosophical putting new and old together but failed once again because they dont care about the website or the history and just want people from more than a decade ago to play their game and talk about it

I think honestly a valid agurement against having classic games is that they might not be able to make the updates in time (roblox gave the devs a short amount of time to make the actual event)

this event was everything I din't expect, like idk change maps to old or smth and not collab with gamefan

My overall opinion: The lobby was the only good thing about the event, it had some games like A Dusty Trip that created an outstanding experience, but most of the games just took a more lazy option; playing for hours, grinding points/time for the tokens. And like Schlep said in the video: Livetopia’s classic event had zero relation to classic Roblox. And then the final boss with 1x1x1x1, It was expected to be exciting and rewarding, but fell short of our expectations with a basic 1x1x1x1 npc chasing you with a sword in hand, and nothing was rewarded for your efforts, not even a badge saying you completed the event. I’m not gonna get into the devious actions by the Atlas devs, so my overall opinion on this event is: Skibidi Toilet Water

This was a really interesting way of accurately describing on how disappointing this event truly was. I never really get "Angry" whenever a corporation does something so terribly wrong since it's a pretty common thing, but Roblox takes the cake. This event literally had no quantity of old Roblox anywhere, it was literally just a recycled version of the first edition of the hunt... This event was one big clickbait / engagement bait imo.

All I’m going to say about this event is that it’s slightly better then the hunt (except the ending because that sword should’ve been free)
