This is due to a charging fuse or transistor on the motherboard being broken. It is easier to just replace the motherboard with a new one otherwise you will have to buy a new transistor or fuse and solder it onto the existing one and unless you have the proper equipment and know-how, it's much harder to do and harder to get it right. Replacing the motherboard is no easy feat though. The designed the motherboard to be at the very bottom of the robot so you would have to disassemble everything and I mean EVERYTHING, remove 100+ screws in order to get to the motherboard. By the time when you've done that, you would be an expert in robot vacuum repair.
I have a roborock q5 and when I give it the order to go charge the charger light doesn't stop flashing and the person who helps me doesn't pick up the charge
Anyone here where this did not solve the problem for them, this video points to some other solutions: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-CGj-sO4wKOU.html
Mine it's still charging. My problem is like this: Occasionally, that means daily or even twice three times a day it just wakes up and goes away from the dock like 50 cm in front of it. When I click on the button to go back to it, it says: error 13 blah blah. I click it again and it goes back and it charges.
