It shouldn't have to be this way. We should still be able to make them, but it isn't allowed no more, nor does anyone have the drive. The culture is just too different.
Realistically speaking, all, if not, most mothers are meant to have wider hips than when they were still a maiden. This is mainly because of how their body, mostly around the pelvis adapts during their months of pregnancy so that babies may exit the womb smoothly. Also, the increase in measurement of a woman's hips depends on how big a baby's head is within in their womb.
Besides the fact of Deb's proportions are out of this world (thicc legs),she still a really great mom, she's smart and incredibly has more guts than the father himself(and he's bulk)

She was the Only tolerable person to handle out of Tommy’s family. Little did I know, like all those weird health medicines and meals she had, were they actually better for your body than the processed foods average people eat. That’s why I watch my gut as best as I can now that I’m older. It’s hard.

Looking back, I'm starting to feel bad for Debbie. I mean, god knows how much she had to put up with Dwight and Donnie's ridiculous antics. I know for a fact that Debbie is tired of those two blockheads bossing her and Tommy around, but she's keeping it as a secret so that the moronic duo won't find out.
I know that there like SO MANY SHOTS episodes of Debbie's THICCNESS but the one episode where she eating the cookies like crazy and the one where her ass got grabbed and bended over(again) and then her jeans was torn are like my only two favorite episode that i have been wanting to see the for literally YEARS and every time these two come up i ending up missing them because of either my family keep calling me or i get interrupted by them! And now that i am seeing this again i, the wait has finally over. Thank you so very much for making this video i really needed this, its been on my year for 20 years.
