FANUC America Authorized System Integrator FLT engineered this Robotic Deburr Process Cell to use a FANUC R-2000iC/210F robot for transferring parts through a cycle of deburring.
This FLT process cell utilizes brushing, deburring, chamfering and blow off operations. The end of arm tool uses a fully integrated FANUC 7th axis to spin the part and create infinite positioning. FLT’s process cell portfolio offers customizable tooling options to achieve any customers desired outcome. This FLT process has been designed for the tool drawer to be refilled by an operator safely and without interrupting production. The end of arm tooling also includes a separate gripper for automatic tool changes. This gripper can be designed to accommodate various sizes and configurations. All cabling is installed overhead on the perimeter of the cell, saving space and increasing safety.
