ROBOVAC MOTOR REPAIR - SPINNING NOT WORKING - FIX EUFY and OTHERS

Great video, thanks for the in-depth explanation and repair instructions. Prior to watching I was really worried about whether the issue was the motor, control board, or something else, but trying to spin the wheel narrowed it down to the motor short. I'm having the same issue on my Robovac 11S, where the wheel modules are fortunately MUCH easier to remove compared to the Robovac 11 in the video (4 screws and it lifts out, the most annoying part is detaching the ribbon cable). I contacted Eufy to see if they're willing to sell me a motor module, but in case they aren't I noticed that there are 3rd-party replacement parts available in various places online: they simply sell the entire wheel module.

Fantastic. My EUFY Robovac 11c had become excessively noisy and was destined for replacement until I watched your video. Now running quietly and efficiently again. Issue inside the motor housing with some gunk that had worked its way right in there. Thank you

Thank you for the detailed instructions! The motor being clogged with carbon (or whatever) was definitely my problem. The only thing I struggled with was releasing the tabs for the motor housing. Mine were much smaller than yours but I got them. I had also never taken apart an electric motor so if anyone is looking at this and thinking it is too complicated, it isn't!

Nice detalied instructions on the breakdown of this unit. I have a Coredy robovac R700 and it is very similar - enough so that I could take it apart from this video. Funny thing is I was getting two codes - the solid light beeps once and the solid light 4 beeps and it was going round in circles. I cleaned out a little dust and hair but I didn't take the gear case off the wheels. Finally decided that if any of the motors were bad that I would have to just recycle the whole unit, but when I put it all back together it worked and no more codes, so I don't know what happened but it's up and running again for who knows how long. Thanks!
