At the direction of Rochester Mayor Lovely Warren, the Rochester Police Department released additional body worn camera footage from Friday, January 29 when an officer handcuffed and pepper sprayed a 9-year-old girl.
they could've easily held her if she was attacking "not down" though. these cops need to stop reaching for their weapons for any little thing they all need to be stripped of their weapons and given a damn rape whistle.
Wow! I am just shaking with rage and my heart is pounding! Just curious, what was the 9 year old baby carrying? AR-15? The video did not clearly show that.
