I made this Video when i got a M1 Carbine surplus stock from J&G sales. I took a close look at it and saw it was a Rock-Ola Stock. So i sent it off to HIDDENSPRINGS 2020 on E bay for restoration. For some reason my videos always seem to end up a bit long, so hang on till the end LOL.

Ya hard to belive that Hiddensprings could make that stock look almost NEW again. J&G sales sent me a good one, i think that might have been one of there higher priced ones too

@@RUSTYSURPLUS I’ve been working on several military stocks myself, but wasn’t aware of anyone out there that could do that nice of work. I’ll keep them in mind if I come up with a difficult looking project. I use to live in Eagle Idaho, and there use to be a lot of US Rifle collectors at the Boise Gun Shows, and a lot of parts, but I live in Alaska now, and I’m pretty much limited to what I can find on the internet. Use to have a friend that would come up from Salt Lake that had a bunch of Carbine and Garand Parts, but I doubt he’s still around. Thanks for the Reply!

@@michaelshubr4084 If you want go to Ebay and search HIDDENSPRINGS 2020. You send him "JIM" your stock with out the metal except the barrel band and he will finnish it any way you want, you let him know, and he will stamp it with any of the correct cartouches and send it back with the metal. Now do it your self is real cool to. OK thanks for watching !! Also i live in Hailey Idaho

Hard to belive that stock was oil soaked to the bone. and HIDDEN SPRINGS 2000, really made it like new. Not trying to deceive any one here, How could a 75 year old stock look new. 😁
