Hey Wolf howdy. John never checked to see if it was loaded.. to rusty. The front sight is all metal and the front sight hood is missing. We might take a metal detector back up there to see what else we can find. Even if it only the butt plate screws that would be something. Do you think that rifle could be restored ? @RUSTYSURPLUS , Some will say don't touch,leave as is... But you know by looking at my videos,I like to bring them back to life.But the decision will be up to the owner ... I would find a way that safety removes the rust without damaging the serial number.. Do you know if it's an angle eject 94,which came out ,i do believe in 1981 or 82? If it's not, then it's an early model 94.
@@thewolfhunter Howdy I think he wants to keep it as is BUT i will ask him if he wants to sell it or restore it. The rust is covering up the serial # so getting an exact date on it would be very hard. I looked on gun broker and saw lots of them for sale and the model and dates. 1938 to 1949 is when it was made best i can tell. RUSTY
There's a Springfield 1903 for sale at my local gun store. It looks in perfect shape. I might buy it because Army Rangers and other types of commando units used them in WWII.

Is there an import mark on it ? The 03 is a must for collectors for sure. If its in really good shape and the price is right you cant go wrong. That Manurhin PP didn’t come from Wichita area by chance? I gave my mom one I brought back from Germany and it was stolen. Well if it’s import marked never mind.
We still own a s&w .380 bought at auction...have bid on a couple other firearms at other auctions, but the bidding got too rich for us...we keep our eyes open for other firearms that might be nice to bid on, you never know when a firearm will go for a great price...
Hey Kenneth no nobody got screwed those rifles an pistols sat there for 10 months and from what Mike said 50 people looked at them and said "no i dont want that junk" The widow could not believe that they were worth that much. I had to put $400 dollars in the LUGER just to get it to run. I subed ya too THX for watching !
