It always shifts, but as of recent years- 1. I DON’T LOVE YOU ANYMORE 2. 2SEATER 3. SWEET/I THOUGHT YOU WANTED TO DANCE 4. Treehome95 5. HOT WIND BLOWS 6. RUNITUP 7. FUCKING YOUNG/PERFECT 8. BLOW MY LOAD 9. Awkward 10. RUNNING OUT OF TIME I DONT LOVE YOU ANYMORE has all the perfect sounds for my ear. It’s experimental w the production/heavy, prophetic and charismatic w the lyrics: the lowpass effect on his vocals at the intro, the random spacey sounds sprinkled, that synth bass worming around, that CATCHY distorted guitar riff with the “ahhh” vocal at 1:02 omg, the VERSE at 1:22 has simple yet super deep lyrics for me personally. & MY FAVORITE part of all of Tyler: when he’s saying “forever, and ever and ever and ever ” over and over, the production intensifies + the vocals build and harmonize together. It’s a rush of euphoria for me. I get goosebumps. They’re like howling singing the prettiest vocal riffs while Tyler is still saying “forever and ever”. Then it goes back to the cool ass I DONT LOVE YOU ANYMORE voice, then gently unwinds you from the climax that just happened. The girls voice Sounds so wet with reverb + those faint tom drums sound like water drops on my ears. And it just digresses so beautifully to nothing

Props for putting Pilot on the list, it's also one of my favorites from Cherry Bomb because of all the reasons you gave. It's pretty cool how much love you gave to Wolf on this list, it's an album that ends up being a bit pushed off the spotlight when Tyler's last three albums have all earned so much attention. Massa is definitely one of THE single best tracks that Tyler has ever done, no question. 25:30 Speaking on Prodigy, please at some point I'd like to see you react to Death Grips, if you don't know them, you're going to love them.

Also, i tried to do a Top 10 of Tyler tracks but like you said, it's really hard. The best i managed was narrowing down and picking the 2 most favorite out of each album. And this is what came out: 10: Tamale 9: IFHY 8: Pilot 7: 2Seater 6: November 5: See You Again 4: Gone,Gone/Thank You 3: New Magic Wand 2: Corso 1: Massa I wanted to put another 2 for Goblin but then it's hardly a Top 10, and Goblin is kind of my least favorite Tyler album compared to everything else.

Hey Bob, I feel like youd enjoy an album by a rapper named Joey Bada$$, he made a mixtape called 1999. Dont let his name fool you he is very lyrical and almost poetic, plus the album is full of hard hitters and quotables. It's a very callback to the 90s type album but gives a sense for 90s New York hip hop.

my top 10 are 1. Massa 2. Sweet/ I Thought You Wanted To Dance 3. I Think 4. Gone,Gone/Thank You 5. Okaga CA 6. Treehome95 7. See You Again 8. Nightmare 9. New Magic Wand 10. Bastard Bastard is the first album i heard of his and its his first album he ever made but its not available on spotify. just a little backstory on it; wolf,goblin , and bastard are all interconnected and they were supposed to be one big story. Tyler also received a lot of hate for goblin because people thought he was being lazy and released a bastard V2 (crazy once upon a time people were calling him uncreative) and lastly tyler stated that New magic wand was just a perfected idea of French! (a song on the album) so he said bastard was really influential and hed go on to perfect the ideas of songs he had on that project its a great listen to hear his raw talent!

Not sure if youll see this or if this has already been told to you before, but you should watch Tyler the Creator: Full Wolf Storyline Explained by Munt Chunk. If you havent listened to Bastard, his first album, youll want to since its where the story starts and it goes throughout all his albums up until Wolf. Not to spoil much but yes it is mainly all a story but there are some songs he has that are his real life. Hope you see this or have watched the video before because it makes you appreciate him a lot more!

I have to disagree with the rest of the people in this comment section. If you want to listen to Kanye I would strongly recommend against starting with the college dropout. It is an amazing album, but it will most likely not be an album you like, and it's super long. The two songs that I would recommend listening to are "new slaves" and "blood on the leaves". They are full of the gritty sounds and raw emotion that I think you would like, with really good lyric. I strongly recommend starting with them if you liked cherry bomb/wolf

It's a tough call to make (and I haven't really decided anything yet). I had a conversation with a friend at work who said I should start at the beginning with Kendrick Lamar because he apparently evolves a lot as an artist as well. I was originally going to start with DAMN. I like hearing the growth, but yeah... sometimes it means hearing something that doesn't really click at first. I will do Kanye, but I don't know where I'll start. Lots of recommends for Yeezus, that's for sure. We'll see happens :)
