Hi Sir, Your videos are always excellent your absolute craftsman A technician with a wealth of knowledge. Thank you for these amazing videos. Are you able to show a basic PDR video to learn this on-line? Thank you Awad
Very nice work you did especially explaining, I have a request of you please let me know where to get the tools you bought it from that will be very very kind of you.by the way I’m nearly 80 years young man and can’t sit ideal
I have a small dent in the rocker panel of my truck with similar chip guard texture and the PDR guy in my area said the glue would not adhere to the textured paint. May have to show him this video, lol.
Absolutely. Make sure the panel is clean and use a properly sized tab with plenty of glue so that the glue squeezes to the edge of the tab and there's a nice bead around the entire tab once adhered.
Hello, do you guys have shops one can go to ? Or recommend any ? I'm a busy guy and it will take some time off, my Schedule. Otherwise I would do it myself. Eventually will buy a kit for future purposes.
My jack slipped today and made a huge dent, I just had the other side fixed this spring from pulling in my driveway last winter and hitting an ice boulder. I'm pissed, it's around 1000 CAD$ to fix, they have to weld on the dent puller I dont think the glue will do this one.
You may be correct. Structural pulls can be much more difficult but, it's hard to say for sure without looking at the damage in person and checking the repair manual for the proper procedures. Good luck with your repair!
Compared to purchasing a welding setup for steel, a welding setup for aluminum, and the cost of the additional time spent repairing panels with those welding setups, the glue pull repair kits are VERY affordable. Not to mention the repair that results from GPR tools and techniques is a higher quality repair when compared to those same welding tools and techniques.
