Here is a slideshow of a selection of photographs taken during the build of Rocket "Miss Isle" there are also a couple of fun facts at the end.
I hope you have enjoyed following this project. I have lots of new things in the pipeline which I am now looking forward to getting on to, including the restoration of a 1970's ski race boat. I will also be working lots more on my boat building plans and other useful items for others wanting to get into boat building.

Beautiful work of art more than a boat. Talk about a passion project 2000 hours. Wow! At $100 a hour that's 200k and then materials and supplies. I wouldn't sell for less than $250k

This gives all wrong ideas to the youth, not a lot of crafstmen make $100,- an hr. Let alone on 1000 hr jobs. You'll need to study hard and/or have a 30+ year flawless trackrecord and do the same work in a quarter of the time.

Gorgeous job. Really liked your fine line spacing of the deck planks. Metal work sets off the boat beautifully, provides protection and adds to the structural strength of the build.

I live in the desert of Arizona and there are many lakes/rivers/boats out here but not a boater myself. Spent most of my youth on the East Coast and grew to love these all wood boats. I watched the entire video in awe of your dedication to the craft and was rewarded by the final shots of her beautiful completion. I love that the name has been milled in the valve cover too. Gives it some extra special feel. Job well done. I love to see wooden boats. They have more class and most of the time look better. But that said, I would never ever trade my grp cruiser for a wooden one due to the work you have on wooden hulls but it is a delight to look at. True eye candy. Keep up the good work.
