That almost sounds like the copper tubing inside is vibrating on the side panels

If sounds is too noisy, try to clean solenoid... Or tight all screw on the motor... Or, check the bar... Or......

Thanks for your video. I got the same issue on my new machine. The rotary pump sounds louder than a vibe pump. But the dealership said it is normal. How can I show them the sound is abnormal? Thanks

The seller changed my machine for a new one after I whent to the store / show room and we compared the sounds of theyr demo with mine.

That’s normal. The pump is working because it’s sucking water from the reservoir into the boiler

Nope the sound of that pump wasn't normal even the seller had to agree . They have exchanged for a new unit.

Wot Tanker I have the same issue . It’s about year old . I was told the the pump maybe needs to be adjusted . Have to open it and take a look at it I guess .

Wot Tanker I‘ve found a workaround for my pump noise! There is a screw on the bottom right to adjust the pump pressure. Starting the pump and pushing the screw solved the noise, so I slapped a rubber band around the adjusting screw and another screw on the buttom. But I would be glad to compare your pump noise to mine, I‘ll upload a video this weekend.
