"It's pastel colored ponies, how bad could it be?" This exactly what my best friend said, right before I showed her Cupcakes and Rocket to Insanity. I think I broke her.

“No pony had murdered in hundreds of years.” Wow, love that realism there. Something deep to think about in a universe with technicolored magic horses. Just hearing a story like that in their world could cause trauma.

Stories that bring a chill to my spine are usually psychological, This is no different. Having the capability to slip into madness takes a lot. But. This isn't a psycopath story. It is more or less to a sense of paranoia mixed with the loss of sanity, which is also a scary thing when you look into it.

Where is the Luna when you need her

Rainbow Dash: Having constant nightmares Luna: "I missed the part where that's my problem"

Damn, seeing such a typically joyful, positive and confident individual or perhaps Pegasus for this matter, in so much deprivation, stress and anxiety is quite genuinely to me one of the most depressing things I've seen any living entity experience. Poor Rainbow Dash.

No joke, TheLostNarrator who voice Rainbow dash did a great job. 17:43 That scream is a masterpiece.

I can't help but to wonder if any neighbors had overheard any of this. Boy, that could be awkward!

Seeing the normally confident and proud Rainbow Dash turn anxious and paranoid and end up murdering her friend genuinely unsettled me and made me feel bad for Dash. The wails and crying were also a nice touch to the story, and the emotion in it is effective. Nice reading, Lost. ☺️

I wonder where's Luna? It's her job to protect ponies from their nightmares. I could understand if Rainbow Dash would saw this nightmare only one time. But it was repetative. What the hell? Anyway, I love Rocket to Insanity. My second favorite Creepypasta after Cupcakes.

I can imagine the scene with Rainbow holding Pinkie as the painting of Ivan the Terrible. Eyes filled with terror and remorse, a body with nothing but a whisper of what used to be life left in it, blood on both parties from the act of insanity. Its heartbreaking, haunting.

Pinkie’s just like ‘this is fine’ as Dash is having a panic attack *lmao.*

17:14 When she yelled in her Dash voice, it was ON POINT! SERIOUSLY! That got me right in the feels and I started bawling. This is an amazing reading and is actually the best in you've done in my opinion. This is scary but SO GOOD

This was utterly heartbreaking. I've been a mlp fan since the 80s and this darker side is so new to me. It's fascinating! Rainbows vocals were absolutely amazing, you sound exactly like her. The crying and screaming were on point too! It must be difficult to call upon something that would help with performing them. My boyfriend can't listen to these lol but I watch a ton of true crime so I'm a bit more able to stomach it. I'm just floored by all your videos, and how you managed to find voice actors almost indistinguishable from the actual ones is beyond me! Fantastic job, truly ^-^

Oh my goodness, Lost! You and Mag's acting has gotten to be amazing over the years. (Though with some lines I can still hear the faint cries of you trying your hardest over them xD) decided to watch this to get myself in the *spoopy* mood, and I enjoyed it so much!! Oh I just love how everyone here is placing blame on Princess Luna. When she's only one alicorn of the night. She literally has millions of her little ponies' dreams to visit each night. She already overworked as it is. She can't prevent every horrific nightmare. Through with that said.... the crushing guilt she's going to feel on this one will be quite unpleasant to say the least. Whats scary is that Rainbow is just dreaming of what happened to her in a twisted alternate universe. The way alternate universes work, is that, ever decision that you make, a new universe is made for the decision you made, and the one you didn't make. So like, In another alternate universe, Rainbow dash never stabs pinky, cause she never had these dreams, or she got help for it, when her friends told her too.

So, this explains her insanity in Rainbow Factory. Just a hunch!

wow... great work. all tho I must say that i like the alternat version more that is mutch longer. the one where Dash only slash Pinki once and survives. and later it's reviled that Dashies insanity is caused by the same thing that turned Luna into nightmare moon.

I have NEVER felt bad for a fictional character before but I can hear the genuine fear and anxiety rainbow dash is facing through your amazing voice acting and my heart genuinely breaks for her this story is so well done. I don’t care for violence or gore it has no effect on me at all so for a story to actually make me feel uncomfortable is amazing you did such a good job on this reading, my favorite grimdark by far from you!

I used to have reoccurring dreams, just like rainbow dash. I can see how she looked like after these dreams. She looked like me when I had these types of nightmares.
