This video shows step-by-step instructions for building the Rocketarium Gadfly SA-11 scale model rocket.
Finishing note: I used Rustoleum primer and paint throughout this build without any problem UNTIL I put their matte clearcoat on the decals. The decals bubbled up after a few minutes, although the clearcoat was fine on the paint. Please learn from my misfortune.

Another great build, as always. If I may mention, I just started doing something new. Whenever we tie off our shock cords, we pull and stretch them pretty tight at the knots. This thins the cord quite a bit. I started sliding a small piece of heat shrink down the cord and over the knot where it anchors either to an eye screw or tied off to a Kevlar line. Once heated, it shouldn’t go anywhere and helps protect that knot. I've had a couple "burn throughs" right at that knot, and I suspect that the proximity to the blast and the thinness of the elastic are a bad combination. Just a little food for thought. Keep up the great builds!

The nose cone is the same one that comes with their Jayhawk model (which I also have). The holes are drilled for the canard fins on that model and can be simply filled in for this rocket. I think I used 5-min epoxy to fill and then sand.
