Topwater Plug fishing is a blast. Especially when the Bass go Blastin’ the plug with fits of rage and anger.
Sometimes the fish blast away, missing the plug completely- over and over.
I started with the clear Heddon Spook Jr and the Rockfish failed to hook up 4 times in a row. So, I switched to the Bone Peanut and sent the plug to the area again and…BOOM!
