I attended this game with my mother (a big baseball fan rest her soul). I will never forget that day. My mother and I talked often about witnessing history that day. Thank you for posting this video. It brings back a lot of memories for me as an old man.
Really is fascinating watching/listening to Duane in the broadcast booth when he was younger and for a team other than the Giants lol. It's pretty easy to see why he is held in high regard among his fellow broadcasters.

80,227. A record that will never be broken. I remember running home from 6th grade that day and barely making it home before EY hit that ball out. And now look at what kind of embarrassment the team is now. Averaging close to 20GB out of first place every year, never winning the division, always qualifying as the lowest possible seed in the playoffs and never going past game 4 of a divisional series with the exception of the mother of all fluke runs... #firetheGM #selltheteam
