My pleasure, and thank you for the question. The boat is very strong and can handle the abuse, but the experience would be hard on the crew. So, it is not really how far but how comfortable we want to be. Her hull is relatively round and so she rocks and rolls substantially. Since she is also slow, venturing far would not be advisable in unstable weather patterns. Other than that, she is a real joy to use. Mine is, potentially, for sale. I hope this helps.
