Hey I noticed you were over-bending some notes. I tend to do this as well because often the game won't recognise my bends. Do you think this is an issue with the game or technique? Would love some insight as it's been more than a year since you made this and you're at a far better level than me skill-wise.
I was over-bending because I was bad at bends and that was the only way for me to consistently get it to detect. Bends are still one of the weak points of my playing, so it's more of an issue with my technique and not the game.
I have to way over bend on my guitar to get it to pick it up. At least 1 to 1.5 steps above / below. It is really annoying. The 2 step bends are almost impossible without putting all my strength into it, so I basically just can never 100% those songs.
Sounds like there is something wrong with your technique or your guitar/game isn't setup right, because the game works fine with bends 90% of the time (have tried this with multiple guitars)
Could be a bit of both. I'm using the Rock Band 3 Fender Squier Stratocaster. Lots of other users have reported similar things due to the frets being higher than normal. Could be I need to adjust it more since I haven't adjusted the saddle in a long time.
