Zak and Savatage= 25 years of my life since childhood. The wake of magellan. The edge of thorns. Dead winter dead. Chance. What can i say. I am lucky and happy to have had these legends in my life when i grew up. Unlike teenagers nowadays.

A childhood friend of mine during those middle school years. I remember him being a smart and savy pro even at 11 years old. nI'm ot suprised at all that he made a living doing this. Rock on Zak!

Vocal cords mature with age as well. With men it's around 40 and with women it's around 30-35. That's really important because that can greatly affect your range and other things as you get older. .

I didn't expect this voice. When you llisten to his Music his voice sounds deeper and more rough. Without knowing I wouldn´t belive that this is Zak Steven speaking. But the interviewer is a sad guy. Zak speaks him to the ground

Zak kicks ass. Loved him the minute I heard him sing “Edge of Thorns”. Own all his CDs, both Savatage and Circle II Circle (and all the TSO efforts). The Machines of Grace album is killer, too. Thanks for this interview.
