Thanks for continuously vlogging the Metro Manila area. A lot of expats in the Philippines are skipping the NCR region and going straight to the provinces (which are mostly undeveloped) and that's why they think the whole country is undeveloped and uncivilized.
Well , they dont even have to go the provinces to see under developed area of Metro Manila . These areas shown here is just a small piece of MM , let us not ignore the reality of the bigger picture . Yes let us be proud of progress but to point out that the provinces the foreigners goes to are the reason why Phils is perceived undeveloped country is not the only basis . Proud probinsyana here but I am realistic to what is the real status of our country .
I don’t get how people want to live in the boonies. What can u so there. I would die of Boredom. Falls, outdoorsy, hikes? Not for me. Want to see beautiful modern things.
@@a.v.c.9028 just like us here in Chicago. We live in the suburbs before. I feel like living in the province of Manila…So quite not for me. Later moved to the city… I like city life not boring …
My dear Paddy thank you thank you so much for sharing and advertising my channel thru your channel. Wow im overwhelmed. Thank you. More power to your channel and for promoting how beautiful the Philippines . God bless stay safe.♥️♥️🙏🙏🎶🎶
do not be deceived, despite being the richest country in the world, american city streets are filled with schizophrenic and homeless people. NY streets are dirty and the fumes of heroin fill up the air and almost everyone are pot-heads. depression and suicides are rampant and the atmosphere of animosity will give you goosebumps. their lives and morals are entirely dependent on the amount of material things they possess and they just love love love putting other countries down they deem less economically rich. and they are culturally violent. the only thing really wonderful in america are the museums and their premium universities. everything else is rotten
Nice tour. I lived in THE Beverly Hills for over five years, and it has few high-rises. It's actually a small town and most of it is run-down apartments (or flats, as you'd call them), aka The Slums of Beverly Hills. Rodeo Drive and the glitzy mansions in the hills comprise a very small part of the actual town. This "Beverly Hills" actually looks a lot nicer!
Enjoy Paddy in our simple beautiful country Philippines. ❤️🇵🇭I feel like I'm back home to Philippines. Watching you guys from Cairo, Egypt. Explore more videos gone out of Manila enjoy your time guys to our beautiful beaches like Boracay, Cebu, Bohol and other cities
Check out the other bubble Paddy, 1. Eastwood City 2. Greenfield District 3. Circulo Verde 4. Arcovia City 5. Vista Global South in Las Pinas (15x the size of BGC though still in the formation stage) 6. ARCA SOUTH in Taguig . You gonna love it.

For a bit of history, I would suggest a visit to Intramuros (including the Manila Cathedral and the adjacent San Augustin Church and Museum), if you haven't visited it yet. Also, Paco Park, a short ride away. Those are the best places to see in Manila, in my opinion. It's got a mix of Filipino and European vibes.
Thanks. I made a video about 8 months ago of Intramuros. Had lunch in the La Cathedral, coffee in the Bell tower and checked out Santiago park. It’s one of the first videos I made.
That was a great. I didn't know about Rockwell. Metro Manila is looking better and better to me. I had seen the name Bel Air on a Google Makati map before, but didn't think it would actually be ritzy, lol. Glad to hear it is. I would like to see in there if your RE friend has any listings in there sometime. Keep showing your favorite places. I love the dining and malls in BGC, Makati, and Rockwell. I need more condos and houses info however. 😁👍
And that glass blue building beside the mall is the Nestle Headquarters, one of the strictest buildings in the PH, wherein there is a biometric, a scanner for luggage, a sensor, and a temperature gun. hahaha, it's like entering an airport, I don't know if that's the Swiss standard. :)
Very nice place, very clean. You had mention the Trump building/tower in this video. Do you know someone staying there to possibly do a tour of this particular area? Stay safe.
Yea. I live in Gramercy. My brother lives in Trump. I started making a Gramercy video. Will finish it this week. Trump is a better quality construction but Gramercy had better amenities.
Clark. I’ve just been there to party and already made some videos of Angeles, ABC hotel, and walking st. Have an earlier video of our trip to La Union. Baguio is on the list of places I want to visit. Thanks 😊
Wow another Bel-Air in Makati, they also have Beverly Hills that's crazy, it's somewhere I think. Hahaha. Only in the Philippines. Anyway, enjoy your stay.
The posh villages of Makati (old money rich) are 1. Forbes Park and Dasmariñas Village, the most expensive villages where the top politicians, most famous celebrities, diplomats and ambassadors live) 2. Urdaneta Village (at the back of Manila Peninsula Hotel) 3. Bel Air, San Lorenzo Village, Magallanes Village Thule in the South you have 1. Ayala Alabang, Hillsborough 2. Alabang Hills 3. Ayala Southvale, Portofino
Funny you say that. I visited a few houses yesterday in Dasmariñas. Already edited the video and uploading it now. Thanks for the info. Always like when viewers add extra info in the comments.
I've seen Enrique Iglesias' Filipino family there. They look completely white (because they're mostly Spanish) but they're Filipino by nationality. I thought they were foreigners until I heard them speaking Tagalog
Check out the luxury condo units on the top of the hill in Tagaytay. They are like similar to Hollywood, California but with the view of Taal Volcano. 😊
It is actually discouraged to give alms to these beggars in some areas in the PH. I remember before when beggars/outsiders go up & flock around the city of pines Baguio, good thing the city government immediately acted on it & send them back to the lowlands at the same time discouraged locals on giving alms to these beggars. Anyways had you ever been to Baguio city? Its actually one of the safest & cleanest city in the PH.
I haven’t been to Baguio yet. It’s a hell of a drive and more tempting and easier to fly. But Baguio is on my list of places to see. I will live here for the rest of my life, so plenty of time😊. I think begging is illegal actually. The people who are actually living on the streets and have nothing tend not to beg actually. It’s the professional beggars that have their own homes are the persistent aggressive beggars.
welcome to the philippines njoy your travel here and pls try pilipino signature food& desert also street food beachess, waterfalls and mountain .. new subs here
Thanks. Had only heard of Meralco. Thought it was the only one. Anecdotal - but also told that Philippines has the highest price of electricity in Asia?
you'd be surprised there are lots of homeless people that lives on cardboards in the streets of tokyo. in the US, thousands of homeless people lives under the sewage. STOP being a hypocrite. poor people in the philippines are much more better off than the cruelty of living poor in economic giants!
@@karlbasallote6719 yes there is krypto trekker a foreign sex tourist blogger , if you want to watch poverty porn. And then he asks for donations for the poor to exploit the poor filipinos. There's also larryph he's a local one showing slums of metro manila.
tweet 🤭 The country just recently passed the law against "go-go bars." Re: wag kang bastos law = do not be immoral law! Please report the business and its management to the authority if you are seeing more anywhere in Manila; including provinces. Appreciate the tour. God speed. apr2022.
To tell you honestly Sir. Some part of Manila Luzon is still on poverty, because of corruption & putting liquors & cigarettes to deceived people as many because the law here have been legalized this over a decade. Then here comes the over population that Triggered by the vices and doing some hard work in getting paid by small profit. So why it is cheaper here in the Philippines? Because the salary here are fixed Manila rate to Provincial Rate. But same price Value on products that we used to buy. Hope that It will change in the next generation. Just keep jeopardizing the System. Thank you for documenting the Philippines. Welcome here in the Philippines & This comment is non political involved or had no political interest. Thank you very much.
Thanks. I will get a bit edgier and real in the future. I just want to start by breaking down a few stereotypes and show that many parts of the Philippines is very modern, very advanced. It’s a great place to live, and it’s my favourite country in the world. Of course it doesn’t all look like Rockwell. It’s not all sunshine and rainbows here. But it’s still a very impressive country. Thank you for your very passionate comment. I really appreciate it.
I have videos on Intramuros and p.Burgos street. Will get more around the city. Just starting with the places closer to home first and that I’m familiar with.
