Wow, so pretty. Have you adjusted well after coming from my area. I'm sure the right clothing makes a difference. Cool to see the Eagles. Do you have to drive with chains, or just 4 wheel drive. Rocky Mountain National Park is so beautiful in the winter. But looking at that icy road and hearing about road closures and various winter dangers makes me realize I would rather go in the summer. But it is so beautiful to see in your video. Thanks for sharing this helpful travel guide!

Thanks for the video. I live in the tropics of Australia and have never driven in snow. I have a holiday booked for CO and SD in late April 2023, but didn't realise just how much snow and ice would be there until today. The info I looked omitted the snow and really talked about temps and rain. I'm in half a mind to rebook for elsewhere (as much as it looks beautiful) due to my lack of snow driving experience. The idea of sliding off a cliff somewhere gives me a bit of concern.

By April there'll be snow. But it won't be as cold. The spring can be beautiful. But it is high country in Rocky mountain National Park. So it takes a while for it to melt. The Black hills of South Dakota is a lot lower in altitude. And is wonderful. We actually have several playlist on both areas

Great off season highlights of the park. I love going to these types of places off season. It does give a different adventure but you often times get away from the crowds. Great footage of the Elk. Looked like a fun trip to the park. Take care and have a great day.

Great advice on visiting the park in the winter. I personally love avoiding crowds, but winter time sounds like it's would be a lot of extra work, but maybe worth it for the snow-covered mountain views.
