When people see footage like this they rarely appreciate the timing and skill, mixed with concern, of the master holding the pads. That guy with his focus is gold.

At first i saw Buakaw, he inspired me to train muay thai, than j learned of Saenchai, Yodsanklai and many others ... now i found this guy due to one championship. I got to say Rodtang and Buakaw are my favorites. The aggresive stance , the fierce look, deadly precision. Seemingly simple but also so deadly style. Just love watching these guys such inspiration. dQw4w9WgXcQ it helps with circulation! it’s like how swimmers breathe out their nose while in the water so they can get a big gulp of air when they come up, or how tennis players grunt when they hit the ball essentially it keeps your breathing at a steady rhythm, because keeping it all in means you’ll get tired easily as your body won’t be supplied with the steady supply of oxygen it needs. the sound they make differs from style to style/culture to culture, which is why for example boxing grunts sound different from thai grunts. hope this helped!
