It’s funny because in the Dorn Primarch novel the entire point of the book is showing that Dorn was chosen as Praetorian because he’s the only Primarch who will follow orders to the letter and without hesitation. Everyone else will interpret things or stray in some way except him. He’s unflinchingly loyal.

Keeps losing time and time again with his only victories being so costly and slow that they may as well not be victories. In the end fails so bad that Horus has to make a power play and attempt to bait the Emperor into a death trap. Runs away when he realizes all that time Lorgar(The true heretic MVP for bogging down all the loyalist reinforcements so long) bought him has been wasted Iron Cage - Rogal Dorn purposefully leads a suicide attempt against Perturabo. Perturabo can't even kill Dorn when Dorn is trying to kill himself. Guilliman makes him run away when he comes to save Dorn(Dorn is someone people love enough to want to save him, unlike Pedro Turd) Your entire legions coolest character - Barnabas Dantioch - is only cool because he's an Imperial Fist in disguise among IW mouthbreathers
