5:05 I’m holding to my pillow tight. My heart is pounding and I can feel my blood rushing through my neck. Tears have been falling. I’ve needed this feeling for a long time. Thank you and Thank -The Who
If you stop it right at around 2:49 up to 3:01, you're going to find out Roger Daltrey is the most handsome man in the world. Slow mo' it!! Love The Who.
Another Hit I've come to know by the WHO from the movie Reign o'er me ..with Adam Sandler and Don Cheadle. Sooo powerful! ..Another Roger Daltry Classic! Wow! Crazy
Damn Linda I have seen THE WHO 5 TIME'S going back to the 70s. Besides myself I believe you are the first person to call them genius you are absolutely right. PETE TOWNSHEND MUSICAL GENIUS nothing more to be said. His music is very underrated they say how good his work is. But like everyone else as soon as he passes away. Then people are going to say that he was a musical genius. How his music changed everything about rock and roll. It didn't have to be just 8. 3 minute songs anymore. Tommy changed everything and for a man really a kid in his early 20s to write and compose a rock opera and 2 do it again with quadrophenia. And who's next was songs from life house another rock opera. but he had a break down so they just put those songs on a album and it's WHO'S NEXT he did finish life house a few years ago. Am sure you know all of this but I just hate it when a person like Pete passes away then they are going to come out of the wood work to say how much of a musical genius he truly is.
@@lindaambrosino2130 yes Linda we are supposed to play THE WHO as loud as possible. It's why Pete Townshend has very bad hearing. SHIT when he was in his 30s he was told he had the hearing of a person in their 70s. Now that he is pushing 80s like to know how bad they are now. Rock on WHO queen 👑
Roger Daltrey was not in top form that night but he surely sang his heart out. He did also rarities like "The Song is Over", "Imagine a Man" and the spectacular "The Sea Refuses No River"... if you see the video, that night John Entwistle handled his bass to Pino Paladino.....
Hi Ken The drummer is Simon Phillips toured with The Who during 1989 tour also had played with Pete extensively .. The " conductor " is not Robert Plant his name is Michael Kamen and sadly passed away way too soon 3 thumbs down? Shove them up your ads or as the Brits say " arse" Lol.. Magical 2 nights at Carnegie Hall in 1994 for Roger's 50th birthday .. John and Pete in attendance too... Great memory cherished forever..
Great show, Roger's 50th birthday, if u get/watch the dvd u see goofballs in/near the front row-- trying and failing to get into the music with any dignity, embarrassing .
Great shame about the copy you have done. Sound is great but the image is distorted.....you got the image copy settings wrong or something......it is slightly stretched out.
