His words about Chung is why this man is a real gem of a person! He's genuinely concerned about the young players. He's not just a selfish champion who ushers praises on newbies just to make himself look great, but he gives important advices to these young players which will go a long way in aiding them in future! He's so humble, honest and kind! Truly the best ambassador any sport can ever have! 👏

Roger, you are the man...no doubt! You well deserved winning today, obviously not an ideal way you wished but you are on the final. Huge respect for your concern about young player and even bigger respect for doing this at your age. You look like you will have gray hair soon but your play sure look like coming from prime time. Hope you achieve 20th grand slam winning.

I really appreciate Federer didn't celebrate his win at all on court. At the same time he's honest enough to admit that one does take advantage of an obvious weakness and also humble enough to not be ‘in your face’ with the celebration. Clearly a very balanced person

Chung had lot of injuries before the age of 21 and he talked about them in the last press conference, and now this injury. If he keeps having constant injuries moving forward his body will breakdown in a few years before he enters his prime. In the future, he will be taking as much injury breaks as Rafa. Good luck to him.

How come I haven't heard anything about the number one ranking. Rafa's out and Roger is in the finals. Isn't that enough to rank him as world number one?
@arianatoreza1571
@arianatoreza1571 6 лет назад
It isn't enough unfortunately since Rafa had to go out before the quarters for Roger to be no. 1. However, for Roger at this point of his career, rankings are less important and slams mean much more. COME ON ROGER!
@flash012234
@flash012234 6 лет назад
No. For Fed to surpass Nadal, Nadal would have had to been out before the Quarters, and Nadal reached the Quarters. However, the difference between the two in terms of points will be less than 100, if Federer wins the entire tournament.
@Korboy97
@Korboy97 6 лет назад
Nadal has 10960 points with the quarters Federer will have 10805 if he loses in the finals He'll have 11605 if he wins the tournament
@flash012234
@flash012234 6 лет назад
Dpark97 No. Federer will not gain any points for winning the AO, since he's the defending champion. Nadal doesn't gain, but will actually lose points because he went out in the Quarters, not the final like last year. Therefore in the event Federer wins the major: Nadal: 9760 points (Net loss of 840) Federer: 9605 (No movement on points) Federer could gain the no.1 ranking as soon as Dubai.

@xxSennaxx
@xxSennaxx 6 лет назад
"ain't" isn't necessarily bad grammar because its usage still makes grammatical sense within the sentence and functions similarly as "isn't". It's simply another version of vernacular English and can be commonly used in certain accents/dialects of English. However in most formal settings in the US, "isn't" would be more commonly used than "ain't".

federer is consistently in semi finals and finals on all grand slams over a period of 15 years defeating everyone while players like nadal and djokovic have more upsets against weaker players are more injured because of their playing style and he still does it at age 36 which is an age were even great tennis champions of the past like mcenroe or borg or becker where already retired or couldnt get behind the third roun.But go ahead put your head in the sand and put it all up to luck.With only a little luck you can win a grandslam

Mario Muslim i don't think so. Guy he beat in semis has beaten top guys in draw. Roger has beaten tomas, who is not an easy opponent, and cilic beat nadal who is number 1. Luck is there on his side, but if you look at draw, you'll see he has not a easy draw. And he hasn't lost a set in this tournament so far. It means he's playing great. So i think you're not a fan of tennis, clearly you're not an admirer of how he's playing right now

BODY LANGUAGE ANALYSIS OF THIS INTERVIEW WITH FEDERER: 1. HE PULLED ON HIS COLLAR TWICE: The Collar Pull is a sign when a person is feeling angry or frustrated or sweating and needs to pull the collar away from his neck in an attempt to let the cool air circulate around it. So behind that ice cool persona is a man who gets annoyed easily and has a short fuse! At home, away from the camera's, most probably he is not as nice as everyone thinks. 2. HE RUBBED HIS EYES AND NOSE AT LEAST TWICE: This is the brain's attempt to block out the deceit, doubt or lie that it sees or to avoid having to look at the face of the person to whom he is telling the lie. Men usually rub their eyes vigorously and if the lie is a big one they will often look away, normally towards the floor. Therefore, he is not as honest as everyone thinks! CONCLUSION: Federer is good at what his does as a Tennis Player NOT ONLY because he has a fantastic game, but because he uses physiological manipulation, lies, and deceit in order to trick his opponents, the media, and the world, into believing what he says to be true.
