I have seen him in Montreal and also had tickets for the Bell center just before covid. Seen him several times in Germany but unfortunately never seen the original Pink Floyd together live.
Rogers us and them tour with lucious was on English TV recently it was incredible . Roger is an incredible artist, lucius and the musicians were fantastic .

I grew up on the music of Pink Floyd. I love that stuff & will always. But these days I think I love even more the music of Lucius. Either way they are all brilliant artists. Love seeing them together.

Why do I get the distinct sense that, from the behavior of the crowd, despite all its hooting and hollering, most don't have a clue who Roger Waters is, who Pink Floyd is, or what this song is, or what it's about. And, it seems sadly obvious that the guitar player isn't much better off in this regard.

This song is one of my many favorites of all time as an unconditional Pink Floyd fan, with dark and strong lyrics, and beautiful music, it's perfect. Every time I read comments or watched first-time reaction videos (I saw a woman shedding tears while watching) on RU-vid about this song are all in the same way. What I always ask myself it's if people do really realize that this is not a lovely song or an anthem to mothers, this is a dark, bitter, and dry song against Pink's mother which ruined his life and created a monster who had a terrible and sad ending.
Absolutely love the lock-down video of them doing this song. The Lucius ladies have amazing voices. But, I wish Roger wore some shimmery gold sequence too. : )
