Talking about Remco, I remember that he was around 64 kg at the end of June 2022, than went to Livigno in July and did the weight cut. In San Sebastian he already looked very skinny, probably around the same weight as the Vuelta. This makes me a little dubious about the efficiency of making a 3 kg weight cut in just 3 weeks. You need time to adapt to the new weight, like it happened in 2022. Obviously the injury messed up his preparation
