I am 52 and just starting to work out. Can you do a steady pace on this keeping your heart rate about 100 for 30 to 40 minutes vs doing a high intensity workout...kind of like riding a bike to get an aerobic/cardio workout without killing myself?
Hey Sean, yes you can do steady pace but it is hard so you will get great results! Just use a heart rate monitor if you plan to keep you heart rate at 100.
Do you know how long the cranks are? The folks at Rogue have given me three different answers. Standard cycling length is 170mm. Rogue's answers are different than that.
