Rogue One - Review and Easter Eggs 

Jared I love your analysis on the film. You also give great coverage on the many Easter eggs, a few I missed and will keep an eye out for next time I see it. I really wish we could see more of dungeon crawlers. It's one of my favorite things to watch on RU-vid.

I'd like to point out one MASSIVE error in rouge one regarding the C3PO and R2-D2 cameo because it breaks the up the entire star wars story. The droids are watching the rebel fleet rush off to Scarif to assist rouge squad, however after that battle the last remaining corvet escapes with the deathstar plans which is the same ship we see in a new hope. The problem is that if R2 and C3PO watched all these ships take off it implies they arent on board any of the ships, and if they aren't on that corvet then Leia can't give R2 the deathstar plans (since he isn't there) and just like that the entire plot of the original trilogy is undone.

my younger brother was just exposed to star wars with rebel one movie and now he is looking at everything starwars. He recently discovered kotor because of me and Revan being my fav. I was trying to show him your fan film but its been taken down.

What do you think about the trailer scenes that didn't make it to the movie? I'm praying for a version without the reshoots later in the DVD.

I feel Klye Katarn and Jan ors did very well playing there parts in this movie. yes they changed the names but it was totally was them. So I liked the start of the movie didn't care much for the middle. you could tell they edited a lot out of the movies middle. You ask me what I mean well it's pretty obvious forester whitaker scene and a lot of the back story for Donnie and Wen scene. We get to the end of the movie and you can tell they reshoot all the cast death scene. It's sad when this stuff happens but it does. They were like what we spent a ton of money on this cgi space scene we got to make this make sense instead of giving us some epic death scene. I feel the directors originally had a fight scene between Vader and Donnie. That had be reshoot do to time and the space battle scene. Well probably get it later on down the road in the deleted scenes, hopefully well get the real version of the movie instead of this pieced together frankestien monster that I did like over all but still come on. I talked to a guy who had a friend that got to see the movie really early before the extreme edit and he said there was another vader scene that would have made the movie R. I think that whole crystal that Jans mum gave her would have went toward donnie in the end. he totally sensed it around her neck. She said what about my necklace. I feel Donnie may have been a jedi in training couldn't find his crystal in the mine so not being able to get his crystal for his light saber put him out for training for apprentice. So him and wen turned into friends since Wen most likely also got kicked out of the academy also. I think the original death scene most likely had jan giving him her crystal. Donnie sticking the crystal into his old husk of a light saber and fighting vader in the end. Lets be honest you don't have Donnie in a movie like this and not give him a challenge. I agree with Riea give me the real movie. I enjoyed the beginning but not middle or end. Dark troopers didn't fell any different than any other trooper. I think Wen probably had a awesome scene with him fighting like thirty before his death came. You can't honestly tell me you believe these were the original death scenes.
