Coward to courageous - send it. That’s all I need to know. 😆 Really appreciate your honesty with your experience with objectivity of respect to other brands not yet tested. Glad i understood most of the terminology, but still a lot more to learn & try.

Yes, great section of eliminating the dead zones in your trucks. It greatly increases the road feel and control over the trucks given to the rider. Thats been making the difference for my riding aswell.

hello good sir, checked out a few vids and hoped you could maybe advise me, so i have been cruising purely from a to b without any tricking , carving . but i would love to learn how to "drift" let the wheels loose traction and slip sideways to take some nice sharp corners, i have no knowledge about drifting except the few vids i see on yt tutorials, what wheels are best to start learning how to drift/slide im asking for a number on that wheel , how soft it is. thanks in advance for willing to read and help !

Highly recommend trying a tall green bushing on the roadside of the rear. After hearing the deadzone segment I really think it helps eliminate it. Totally wigged me out when a softer bushing in the back somehow made my set up more stable.

Great review, I’ve loved these trucks a lot and even after downhill skating for 10 years I’ve felt a huge improvement in my technique since riding these trucks

Got my ZM1s and they are incredibly noisy. It sounds like I'm dropping a load of loose change on the road when I'm skating. I can't ride them like this. I need to know, is this normal or am I set up incorrectly? TIA!

Wild that we've gone full circle from slalom trucks being used for DH, to DH trucks based on slalom truck design being used as slalom trucks as a secondary function.

@@flurpoid yeah, there again Zak is an really good slalom skater too. Oscar Clevo from sweden is killing it in DH on 161 pure slalomtrucks and Dane Hanna DT's are Slalocybins I have GOG slalom trucks but find them too twitchy for DH. Hope DH'ers are carful with full spherical trucks, added vibration can lead to kingpins snapping. Happens in slalom on smooth roads.....

Would these be too narrow for a 9 inch width board? I want these trucks for my Rocket Leon V2 but unsure with how narrow they are.

They will be fine for a 9 inch deck, assuming you’re gonna be riding big square lips. You can run thinner wheels but the track width will just be slightly under the deck which is fine
