I remember Rough 64 where sprites seemed to be soft sprites that moved a whole 2xchar at once (no preshifting...) like in a Vic20. Very old skool

We've already started on the next version of Roguecraft, aiming for Nintendo Switch and Steam. But, we're still early in the progress, so things might change. :-)

I don't know. Somehow a retro game, which runs on a retro computer has so much more depth in to it. These guys have what it really takes. Great inspiration for all

Delicious graphics, looks good by any standard. I think the game is truly timeless - good thing Amiga exists in FPGA.

Not a fan of all of the AI art. Kinda that antithesis of a retro computer channel, is it not? Burning the planet and paying corporations for short term fun (and ripping off real artists at the same time).

Looks fantastic. I went to preorder but couldn’t see a way to preorder digital download (I don’t want any media or box) and also no method to use PayPal. Sadly I won’t be ordering.

Digital version will be available soon , they just launching the big box version today

@@BastichB64K: cool but usually with things like this they only get a kick at the can once with a potential sale. I checked out their website and indeed no digital version and no PayPal. I and most people don’t circle back to check if that’s changed. I would really like to support this game but have no method to do so. Like most people these days, I care about my carbon footprint and don’t want or need a manual or CD/disk. Digital is the way to go.
