How is this an instructional video for the G-77 if all he does is play the riff once, dry, and tell the keyboardist to sequence the rest on a Yamaha DX7? My G-77 didn't come with a keyboardist o_O

This is so 80s... wonder why it never took off? The biggest-selling basses of 2017 are 65-year-old designs!

Being a sound engineer must have been easy in the 80s... "Just add more Chorus to EVERYTHING and we're good to go"

The only reason I found this slap playing tolerable is because of the chorus. It's not used enough anymore.

I loved this show when I was a teenager in the 80s. Makes me really want a G-77, too.

I want to switch my bass/G-707 stuff for this. It sounds so much better than my current bass.

Rockschool was amazing. Just LISTEN to this guy - the 1980s were, truly, a golden age of wonder and limitless possibilities. And what do we have now, in this day and age? Either autotuned rappers boasting of guns and money, or "men" who want to sing like Alanis Morrisette, with their screechy, whiny voices, singing about peeing the bed and crying (yes, Coldplay, I DO mean you!).

I do really appreciate the optimism of the 80s. We really thought anything was possible.
