Are you able to have different effects on depending which synth/drum part you’re in. For example synth 1 might have distortion on but synth 2 could have bit crusher on

I wish the ADSR had 2 controls, one for attack and one for release. I know it can be done in menu but that's a pain.

Can this keyboard LAYER the two digital synth oscillators, like a piano and a string pad, for live performance? Thank you

Hey, the Wave list with Wave Names of the JD-Xi's 453 Waves is missing from the Parameter Guide, then the synth itself only shows numbers without labels in its menu, unlike, say, the Juno-DS and FA synths. That list should have been in there from the start, please update the Parameter Guide. Edit: nevermind, found it via Google Search, a bit confusing to find

PLEASE HELP. How do you switch between global effects and individual effects for each part? For example. I am creating a 4 part sequence. I put reverb on the snare drum only for the drum part. Then I switch to digital synth 1. And put phaser on that only. Now, when I begin the entire sequence with all the parts playing, suddenly only global effects works. That is to say, when I go to play with reverb it affects ALL 4 Parts.

I came here with the same question.

Apparently Roland doesn't have an answer. I would have to say that you cannot control each part individually. But let's hope Roland responds to us here or anyone else.

douglasdelay never mind it is still part of the main chain. Maybe it is more send or simplifying or sampler

Think you need to menu dive

I figure this out. So each channel uses the same effects but you can turn them off individually for each channel. You can't have different delay setting if it's on in more than one channel. You'll have to suck that one up but @ least you can turn it off in synth 1 and have it on in synth 2 and/or drums, etc...

Dear Roland, please can you help, i'm having trouble with the Tempo Lock, it says it's on lock but i can still stroll up/down the tempo? This is so annoying especially when you're doing a live mix & accidentally touch the tempo knob ! Any other Jdxi users having this issue ? (ver 1.51) Thanks!
