This is one of the best sounding verbs made period. One of the most underrated high quality verb to date. I have owned Bricasti and I still think this beats it.
How does it compare to some lexicons, mpx1 or pcm70? Bricastis are also supposed to be among the best, so those are indeed big words. Then again, I Love Roland gear in general so wouldnt be suprised :)
The ”plate” reverbs on this Roland unit is amazing! Kinda understand why Chuck Ainlay is using it and why it’s heavily used in nashville. They still go for pretty cheap, grab one if you can find one!
I’m on my second one. First one died after I used the heck out of it. Love this unit so much, I bought the delay version as well. The reverbs are absolutely stunning. You really have to hear it with headphones or stereo speakers. They are a bit harder to find now but if you see one, get it.
@@jwb4628 I did and love it, although trying to figure out if it's just naturally a little noisy or if something is failing. The verbs are gorgeous and lush...weirdly seems to be no sysex editor though!
